Back in 1956 a partnership came into existence under the registered name of "Munkongsathapat General Partnership", with the objective of carrying out various constructions under contracts. 5 years later it began to conduct land & building business simultaneously with its contract construction business. In 1968 it created another unit named C. Munkong Trading Limited Partnership to carry out construction materials wholesaling and retailing. In 1977 the company's first housing estate project under the name "Chumchon Chuanchuen" was undertaken in Prachachuen. The company continually grew through to consumer approval of its work, and in 1990 was accepted to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. It became a public company in 1993. Currently the company has 866.68 million baht in paid up capital.
